Herb Retailer’s wholesale program gives approved businesses access to company-specific pricing and tools for ordering botanical products in larger quantities.
Eligibility and Applications
Who can apply for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale access is intended for verified businesses purchasing products for resale, manufacturing, formulation, food service, farming, or other legitimate commercial uses.
Approval is not automatic. Herb Retailer may request business information or supporting documentation before activating an account.
How do I apply?
Complete the online wholesale application with your business and contact information. Providing complete and accurate information helps us review the application efficiently.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed as quickly as possible. Most applicants should receive a response within 7-10 days. We may contact you if additional information or documentation is required.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Wholesale access is subject to review and approval by Herb Retailer.
Accounts and Pricing
How do I access my wholesale pricing?
After your company is approved, log in using the email address associated with your wholesale account. The website will then display the catalog pricing assigned to your company.
Why am I seeing retail prices?
You may not be logged in, or you may be using an email address that is not associated with the approved company account.
Log out and sign in using the approved email address. If wholesale pricing still does not appear, contact us before placing your order.
What happens if I order without logging in?
If you check out without signing in to your approved account, the order may use publicly displayed retail pricing. Always confirm that the wholesale status indicator is visible and that your company pricing appears before completing checkout.
Can more than one person order for our company?
Yes. Multiple buyers can be associated with an approved company account. Contact us if another employee needs access.
Are wholesale prices the same for every business?
Pricing may depend on the catalog assigned to your company. Always rely on the prices displayed after signing in to your approved account.
Do you offer additional discounts for larger quantities?
Eligible wholesale products may receive additional quantity pricing according to the following tiers:
- 25 lbs or more of the same product: 5% off the displayed wholesale price
- 90 lbs or more of the same product: 10% off the displayed wholesale price
The reduced price will appear in the cart when the qualifying quantity has been added. Product eligibility and available tiers may vary.
Can quantities of different products be combined to reach a pricing tier?
No. Quantity tiers apply to the quantity of an individual eligible product and are not calculated by combining different products.
Can I request pricing for a larger order?
Yes! Contact us if you are planning an unusually large order or want to set up a contract for repeat deliveries. Please include the product name, preparation, and anticipated quantity.
Even if the item is not listed in our catalog, we may be able to find it for larger deliveries.
Ordering
Can I place a wholesale order online?
Yes. Sign in to your approved account, confirm that wholesale pricing is displayed, add products to your cart, and complete checkout.
Can I place a wholesale order over the phone?
Yes. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance placing an order. Be prepared to provide your company name, the email associated with your account, the products, and the required quantities.
Are all products available for wholesale purchase?
Availability may vary. Some products may be unavailable, restricted, or excluded from particular discounts or pricing tiers.
Shipping and Support
Do wholesale orders qualify for free shipping?
Orders that reach the current threshold for free shipping qualify for free standard shipping. Review the shipping options available for your order at checkout.
How quickly are wholesale orders prepared?
Most orders are prepared within 48 hours, although large orders may require additional processing time.
What should I do if I have an account or pricing problem?
Contact us before placing the order. Include your name, company name, account email, and a description of the issue.
